Six Malta Premier players suspended

Six players were suspended for one match following another five matches from match day 13 of the YoHealth Malta Premier.

Kemar Reid (Birkirkara), Nikolai Micallef (Hamrun), Murilo Freire (Sliema), Jefferson (Valletta), Mailson Lima (Hibs) and Vinicius de Paiva (Zabbar) were all banned for one match.

In the BOV Challenge League, Birzebbuga coach Edgar Degabriele was banned for three matches. Hubert Vella Genovese (Birzebbuga), Emmanuel Asante (Swieqi), Jamie Azzopardi and Daren Falzon (Zebbug) and Jamie Zerafa (Zurrieq) were suspended for one match.

Misael Tabone (Kirkop) was handed a two-match ban in the BOV Amateur League I while Michael Camilleri (Mellieha), Jeremy Busuttil (Mqabba), Mirco Vella (Pembroke), Adam Falzon (San Gwann), Kane Bonello (Senglea) and Jamie Delia (Xghajra) were all suspended for one match.

Pembroke coach Jeffrey Mifsud was suspended for one match while Victoria Hotspurs official Marvin Buttigieg was banned for two matches.

In the BOV Amateur League II, Rabat Ajax player Jake Lovegrove was banned for three matches, Dingli coach Nicolai Caruana for two while John Monano (Gharghur) and Ghaxaq official Dejan Caruana were suspended for one match.
