Floriana attacking midfielder Jake Grech has been named the LifeStar Insurance Best Player for December.

This marks his second consecutive award, recognizing his standout recent performances for Floriana, the only team to win both of their Top 6 matches in December.

In the month referred, Grech was named Man of the Match in the win over Birkirkara, and his goal against Sliema Wanderers helped Floriana finish year 2025 at the top of the table.

The December Most Valuable Player trophy was presented by LifeStar Insurance CEO, Roberto Apap Bologna, before kickoff in this week’s Floriana match against Ħamrun Spartans.
