Ognjen Bjelicic was handed a one-match ban by the Malta FA Disciplinary Commissioner following the BOV Super Cup final.

Meanwhile in the BOV Amateur League I, Adrian Paul Sammut (Attard), Amir Amhamed and Clayton Giordimaina (Lija), Christopher Cutajar (Luqa), Quelin Micallef (Mqabba), David Emmanuel Garba (Qormi), Kurt Borg and Christian Saint Ebisindor (Victoria) were banned for one match while Attard official Carmelo Caruana was suspended for two matches.
