Naxxar Lions goalkeeper Matthias Debono was handed a one-match ban by the Malta FA Disciplinary Commissioner following the Meridianbet FA Trophy semi-finals.

Debono was sent off in the defeat to Gzira United and will therefore serve his ban in the YoHealth Malta Premier.

Meanwhile Gzira official Marlon Galea was also banned for one match.

In the BOV Challenge League, Ryan Caruana (Sirens) was banned for three matches while Samson Chibuike Charles (Birzebbuga), Andrew Xuereb (Fgura), Trezeguet Zammit (Sirens) and Gianluca Sultana (Vittoriosa) were banned for one match. Balzan official Noel Muscat was also suspended for one match. 

Tejumola Ebenezer Ayorinde (Attard), Kurt Desira,Idrick Schembri and Dale Tabone (Kirkop), Cody Baguley (Mellieha), Kyle Sciberras Balbi (Pembroke) and Jamie Delia (Xghajra) were banned for one match in the BOV Amateur League I. Kirkop official Tyrone Grech was suspended for six matches.
