The Malta FA released the fixtures for match day 26 of the BOV Amateur League I.
Attard currently lead the way with 60 points, followed by Victoria Hotspurs on 51, Qormi 49, Mqabba 48, Lija 46, Senglea 31, Mellieha, Qrendi and San Gwann 30, Kirkop, Pembroke and Xghajra 25, Zejtun 22 and Luqa 21.
Attard have already been declared champions while Zejtun Corinthians and Luqa St. Andrew’s are the first two teams to be relegated to the National Amateur League II.
Therefore match day 26 still needs to determine the runner-up and the other two teams to be relegated.
Victoria Hotspurs, Qormi and Mqabba are fighting for promotion while Kirkop United, Pembroke Athleta and Xghajra Tornados are entangled in the battle against relegation.
The decisive matches for promotion will be played on Sunday at 15:00 as Qormi take on Mellieha and Victoria Hotspurs face Mqabba. On the other hand, the decisive matches against relegation will be played on Saturday at 17:30.
