Ħamrun have qualified for the quarter-finals of the Euro Winners Challenge after securing their second victory of the tournament, defeating Genappe BS 3-1.

The Maltese side produced another strong performance. William opened the scoring in the first period, while Toni Almeida doubled the lead. Although Genappe pulled one back through Fox, David sealed the victory for Ħamrun with a third goal.

On Sunday, Ħamrun SC will play their final group-stage match against the host team, AD Nazaré 2022.

Meanwhile, Maltese champions Sliema Beach Soccer kick-off their Euro Winners Cup campaign in Nazaré as they take on Falfala at 4:00 pm. They will then face Ecoris and Bavaris Beach in their remaining group matches.
