As the second week of action in the Men’s Beach Soccer League came to an end, two highly competitive matches stood out, both ultimately finishing in draws.
Costa Viola and La Playa de Arena played out a thrilling 8-8 draw, while Sliema Beach Soccer, returning from a positive participation in the Euro Winners Cup, were held to a 4-4 draw by WA Agency.
Ħamrun also returned to domestic action following their European experience and defeated Phoenix 8-2. Phoenix bounced back from that defeat by overcoming Ballun FC 7-1.
This week promises to be an intense one, with nine matches scheduled as follows:
