Sliema Wanderers secured the services of twenty seven year old Argentine winger Brian Ariel Gambarte.
A product of Newell’s Old Boys, Gambarte was on the books of Club Cipolletti and San Jeronimo in Argentina, Atlanta United in the USA and Tepatitlan FC in Mexico.
The Wanderers had earlier appointed Branko Nisevic as their new coach.
