Floriana continued to strengthen their squad with the signing of twenty eight year old Argentine midfielder Gaston Manuel Romano and twenty year old Ivorian winger Ange Curtis N Dri. 

A product of River Plate, Romano, who also holds an Italian passport, played for CA Huracan, Espinho and Estrela Amadora in Portugal, Taranto in Italy, Belenenses in Portugal, FC Botosani in Romania and Dziugas in Lithuania. 

On the other hand, N Dri played for FC Bex, FC Vevey-Sports and FC Sion in Switzerland.

The Greens, who have confirmed Daniel Portela as coach for this coming season, had earlier signed Amar Drina, Tomislav Gudelj, Robert Muric and Kauan. Gulherme Cioletti, Dunstan Vella, Zach Scerri and Carlo Zammit Lonardelli agreed new deals with the club while Aleandro Garzia, Jake Grech and Charles M’Mombwa moved elsewhere.
