Newly-promoted Balzan signed twenty two year old Ghanian forward Emmanuel Asante.

Asante played for Zilina Africa and Great Olympics in Ghana before moving to Malta in January 2025 to join Santa Lucia. Last summer, he moved to Swieqi United.  

Balzan, who have confirmed Andrew Cohen as their coach, had earlier signed Isaac Davey and extended the contract of
Awosanya Oluwatobiloba Dimeji.
