Malta Women’s Under-19 Head Coach Melania Bajada has named a 20-player squad for the upcoming UEFA Women’s Under-19 Championship qualifiers.
All three matches will be played at the Centenary Stadium. Malta will open against Czechia on 6th October at 14:30hrs, followed by Romania on 9th October at 14:30hrs. The final match against Kazakhstan will take place on 12th October at 12:30hrs.
Malta will host League B, Group B6 of the first qualifying round of the 2026/27 UEFA Women’s Under-19 Championship. Six League B group winners and the best runner-up will be earning promotion to League A for the second round in spring 2027. The competition leads to the final tournament in Hungary in June 2027.
The tournament will provide the squad with further competitive international experience on home soil.
