Hungarian top division side Ferencvaros will be taking part in a tournament which will be held on Thursday 28th January at the Victor Tedesco Stadium. The other teams which will be participating in the tournament are hosts Hamrun Spartans and First Division side Mosta.
The tournament is part of a training camp which Ferencvaros will be holding in Malta. Last year, Fradi, as they are affectionately known by their supporters, visited Malta for another one-week training camp. On that occasion, they lost 3-1 to the MFA XI.
Ferencvaros are owned by Sheffield United chairman Kevin McCabe. Until last month, Malta international goalkeeper Justin Haber was on loan with the club from Sheffield United. Ferencvaros are now interested in signing the Maltese goalkeeper.
