Another two Premier League players suspended

Another two Premier League players were suspended by the MFA Disciplinary Commissioner on Friday. Vittoriosa Stars midfielder Kevin Mifsud was banned for two matches while John Mintoff of Sliema Wanderers was suspended for one game.

Mifsud is ruled out of the next two games against Qormi and Tarxien while Mintoff will miss the game against Marsaxlokk.

In Division 3, Rodney Galea (Fgura), Emerson Vella (Gudja), Johann Scicluna (Qrendi) and Matthew Spiteri (Swieqi) were banned for one match and Chris Zammit (Xghajra) was suspended for two games. Also suspended for two games were Attard coach Charles Caruana and Fgura United official Stefan Vella.

In the Youth League, Michael Borg and Evair Grech (Balzan), Ryan Refalo (Hamrun), Martin Galea (Kalkara), Kurt Drago and John Debono (Naxxar), Andre Farrugia and Luke Caruana (Tarxien), Chris Scerri (Xghajra) and Nathan Zammit (Zurrieq) were banned for one match while Daniel Aquilina (Senglea) was suspended for two matches. Naxxar Lions official Dione Drago was banned for two matches.
