Swieqi United renew partnership agreement

VacancyCentre.com and Swieqi United Football Club (SUFC) have once again come together, renewing their
partnership agreement – which partnership aims at further creating supporting sports awareness within
the local community.

Now in its fourth year, the partnership between both entities continues to diffuse the sporting culture ethic
among Maltese youth. As the new football season is set to kick in, further progress is being made by Swieqi
United Football Club’s board.

The vision is clear – and that is to continue endeavouring to raise sporting awareness among young people.
Encouraging their participation in sporting activities and engaging them with sport’s fundamental values is
a challenge that all sports organising committees face.

Presenting VacancyCentre.com with the official club t-shirt – printed especially for the occasion – the club
also presented the company with the current status of affairs. Results show that SUFC currently place 8th
out of 14 teams in the MFA 3rd Division – an excellent position to be in – when taking into consideration
that the club was established in 2009.

Aiming at strengthening its player pool and coaching staff, the club is also seeking to acquire a training
ground to be able to launch its own nursery, Dr Fenech added. During the recent official t-shirt
presentation, SUFC President Dr Justin Fenech thanked VacancyCentre.com for its continued support and
said that it was the support of such top level companies that was bringing success to the SUFC project.

Present was also SUFC Vice President Roger Strickland Jr, who expressed his gratitude towards Mr Zammit’s
contribution to the club. Mr Strickland said that one should never underestimate the impact such
sponsorship may have toward the growth of a club. ‘I think we can deem this effort a major success as far
as objectives are concerned. The club is advancing year on year thanks to our collective efforts together
with our sponsors and as a club, which efforts have borne fruit and resulted in a profound difference’.

VacancyCentre.com is a job board and online recruitment portal that is operated by CSB Group. CSB Group
CEO Mr Michael Zammit said thatVacancyCentre.com was proud to be partnered with a hard working club,
whose vision to diffuse the sport ethic is resonant with its plans.

“VacancyCentre.com is delighted to continue its partnership with the Swieqi community and the SUFC club. In particular, our collaboration with the club provides benefit to youths, and furthers our mission of being a company that impacts society positively. We would like to show our continous support to these goals and wish the club the best for the upcoming season.”
