Four Premier League players suspended

Tarxien Rainbows defender Evaldo Silva dos Santos was handed a two-match ban by the MFA Disciplinary Commissioner while another three players – Kane Farrugia of Floriana, Clive Brincat of Rabat Ajax and Firas Aboulezz of Mosta – were suspended for one match following last weekend’s matches.

Evaldo is ruled out of the games against Mosta and Hibs, Kane Farrugia will be missing the game against Qormi, Clive Brincat the match against Hamrun and Aboulezz the game against Tarxien.

In Division 1, William Camilleri (St. Andrews) was banned for one match.

Kevin Fenech (Mellieha), Neville Galea and Adrian Farrugia (Siggiewi), Gianluca Vella (St. George’s) and Alan Tabone (Zebbug) were suspended for one match in Division 2 while Siggiewi coach Saviour Debono Grech was handed a two-match ban.

Franridge Schembri (Ghaxaq) and Anthony Bonnici (Qrendi) were banned for two matches in Division 3 while Adrian Psaila (Luqa), Carl Cremona (Marsa) and Claudio Gatt (Qrendi) were suspended for one match.
