Another heavy defeat for Under-19 side in Poland

The Malta Under-19 side lost 5-0 to hosts Poland in another match from Group 3 of the UEFA Under-19 Championship qualifying round mini-tournament at the Amica Stadium in Wronki on Thursday.

Kamil Włodyka put Poland ahead on 21 minutes and Piotr Zieliński doubled the score seven minutes from the end of the first half.

Eight minutes in the second half, Gracjan Horoszkiewicz made it 3-0 and Kamil Włodyka scored another goal on the hour to put the hosts four goals ahead. Substitute Jakub Legierski sealed the issue with a fifth goal on the 75th minute.

On Sunday, Malta takes on San Marino who lost 0-2 to Poland on Tuesday and 0-4 to the Netherlands on Thursday.
