Birkirkara FC issued a statement to condemn the attack on two club officials after the BOV Premier League clash with Hibernians on Sunday.

Tommy and Tracy Camilleri, who form part of the Birkirkara FC women’s team technical staff were victims of physical agression at the parking area and had to be taken to hospital due to injuries.

The club appealed to Police to take all possible measures to capture those involved in the incident which could have led to more serious consequences.

Birkirkara FC wished a speedy recovery to these two persons while thanking them for their excellent service that they had always given towards the Club.
