Fgura United reached an agreement with Ramon Zammit to take over as the new coach of the BOV Second Division side.

Zammit, who holds a UEFA A Licence will be assisted by UEFA C Licenced coach Mark Vella and UEFA A Licenced coach Herman Bugeja. Bugeja is currently taking the DYC course which specialises on youth coaching and hence will be in charge of the youth sector.

Ramon Zammit was part of the MFA Technical Staff before joining the Mosta Nursery technical staff and then the Sliema Wanderers Nursery technical staff. At senior level, he joined St. George’s mid-way through season 2011/12 and led the Saints to promotion to Division 1 last season.

In a statement, Fgura United thanked coaches Michael Degiorgio who took over from Edgar Degabriele and Joe Gerada who was appointed Nursery Head Coach towards the end of the season.
