Balzan won Group A in the AME Cup as they came from behind to defeat Mosta 2-1 on Saturday.
Yuri Messias put the Blues ahead on 28 minutes. Former Mosta striker Firas Aboulezz levelled matters on 76 minutes and nine minutes later, the same player notched the winner.
Balzan win Group A with eight points, followed by Mosta on six, Tarxien three and Naxxar one.
In fact, Tarxien Rainbows defeated Naxxar Lions 2-0.

Ariel Laudisi put Tarxien ahead five minutes frim the end of the first half and two minutes in thr second half, Miguel Ciantar doubled the score.
On Monday, Vittoriosa take on Rabat Ajax while Floriana face Qormi. Floriana lead the way with six points, followed by Qormi on four, Rabat and Vittoriosa on one.
