After dropping points in their last outing, the top four teams in the BOV Second Division claimed maximum points on Sunday.
Pembroke Athleta defeated Zabbar St. Patrick 1-0, Fgura United beat Senglea Athletic 2-1 while Mqabba beat Siggiewi 3-0. Fgura and Mqabba therefore extended their unbeaten runs to thirteen and eleven matches respectively.
Mellieha and Gharghur registered identical 1-0 wins over Dingli Swallows and Mdina Knights respectively to stay joint-fourth.
In another match, Marsa and Marsaskala shared the spoils in a 2-2 draw.
Pembroke lead the way with 30 points, followed by Fgura on 27, Mqabba 25, Mellieha and Gharghur 22, Zabbar 21, San Gwann 20, Senglea 17, Marsa 15, Marsaskala 11, Kirkop 10, Mdina and Dingli 8 and Siggiewi 7.
