Mqabba joined Fgura United at the top of the BOV Second Division table thanks to a fine 3-0 win over Mellieha in one of two matches in programme on Wednesday.

Zabbar St. Patrick moved fifth as they defeated Kirkop United 3-0.

These games were originally scheduled for February 1 but were postponed due to bad weather.

Fgura and Mqabba lead the way with 34 points, followed by Pembroke on 33, San Gwann 30, Zabbar 28, Mellieha 27, Gharghur 23, Marsa 22, Senglea 21, Marsaskala 16, Kirkop and Dingli 15, Siggiewi 10 and Mdina 9.
