In Section B, Zabbar St. Patrick emerged as winners, collecting 45 points from eighteen matches. Their campaign started with a surprise defeat to St. Venera Lightings who lost sixteen matches, earning just one other point in a draw to end the season at the bottom of the table. After a rather shaky start, the Zabbar side, however, bounced back winning the last ten matches.

Pembroke Athleta also secured promotion after finishing second thanks to a fine run of six consecutive wins in their final six matches to overcome the challenge offered by Sliema Wanderers, Rabat Ajax and San Gwann.

Joining St. Venera Lightnings in Section C will be Zebbug Rangers who finished second from bottom.

In Section C, Mellieha had a fantastic campaign with eighteen wins in eighteen matches, finishing their commitments no less than seventeen points ahead of second-placed Msida St. Joseph who will also join them in Section B next season.

Gudja United and Lija Athletic were relegated to Section D after finishing in the bottom two positions.

Zurrieq won Section D after finishing their commitments on 43 points, three ahead of Fgura United and Sirens who share the runner-up spot on 40 points. A decider is therefore necessary to determine who will be joining Zurrieq in Section C next season.

Kalkara and Marsa were relegated to Section E.

Meanwhile Siggiewi and Gzira United were promoted to Section D after finishing first and second respectively in Section E.
