Five Premier League players suspended

Five Premier League players were suspended by the MFA Disciplinary Commissioner following the Premier League matches which were played on Thursday and Friday.

Mouhamed Soly (Tarxien) was banned for three matches while Mark Scerri (Sliema), Thomas Paris, Yessous Camilleri and Mattias Muchardi (Zebbug) were suspended for one match.

Mouhamed Soly is ruled out of the games against Birkirkara, Naxxar and Mosta. Mark Scerri the game against Qormi while Paris, Camilleri and Muchardi the game against Floriana.

In Division 1, Julian Galea (Melita), Gianluca Vella (Msida), Trayo Grozev (St. Andrews), Randall Vella and Brandon Muscat (St. George’s) and Emanuel Sevasta (Zurrieq) were all banned for one match.

Keith Fedele (Gharghur), Alan Tabone and Jake Grech (Hamrun) and Isaac Sammut (Mellieha) were all banned for one match in Division 2 while Jacob Camilleri (Kalkara), Justin Cilia (Luqa), Stefan Cutajar (Marsaxlokk), Gilbert Camilleri (Mdina), Roderick Sammut (Mtarfa), Clayton Caruana (Qrendi), Keith Borg and Joel Felice (Ta’ Xbiex) were all banned for one match in Division 3.
