UEFA Under-17 appointment for Adrian Azzopardi, Chris Francalanza

FIFA Adrian Azzopardi has been appointed by UEFA to take charge of matches in the European Under-17 Championship 2016 Qualifying Round Group 7, being played in Liechtenstein between the 26th and 31st October.

The Malta FA Refereeing Department has appointed Elite Assistant Referee Christopher Francalanza to participate in this mini-tournament.

Other appointed match officials are from Belarus, Armenia and Switzerland.

The participating teams with hosts Liechtenstein are Croatia, Czech Republic and Gibraltar.

The first appointment for Adrian Azzopardi (as 4th Official) and Christopher Francalanza is the Czech Republic – Liechtenstein match being played at the Sportpark Eschen-Mauren in Eschen on Monday 26th.

Their first match together as referee and assistant referee, will be Croatia – Liechtenstein being played at the Sportanlage Rheinau in Balzers on Wednesday 28th.

On the final matchday, Saturday 31st October, Adrian Azzopardi and Christopher Francalanza will have their second match together as referee and assistant referee during the Liechtenstein – Gibraltar match at the Sportpark Eschen-Mauren in Eschen.
