Ingulee – Kirovograd Region of Ukraine won the Group 1 Intermediary Round mini-tournament after defeating hosts Gozo 3-1 at the Gozo Stadium on Sunday.
Andrew Mizzi put Gozo ahead but Oleksandr Bozhenko doubled the score on the 20th. Vladyslav Horshchynskyi made it 2-1 on the 62nd and a penalty by Andrii Sorokyn on the 90th gave the Ukranians a 3-1 win.
Kirovograd Region ended their commitments with maximum points from three matches, five ahead of Ligue Paris Ile de France on four. The French side defeated East West Central Scotland 3-0 in another match on Sunday.
