Haruna Garba will be playing once again for Gzira United after agreeing a new deal with the club.

The 24-year old Nigerian striker, who had earlier played for Hamrun Spartans before moving to Sweden to join Djurgardens had joined the Maroons mid-way through last season but earlier this summer had agreed to a move to Sudan.

This summer, Gzira signed Rodolfo Soares, Thomas Veronese, Jorge da Silva Pereira and Fernando Barbosa Pereira.
