Valletta FC Futsal end first round with maximum points

Valletta played the last due match for the Malta FA Futsal League, beating Swieqi United 10-1. The Citizens therefore take sole leadership with 27 points, followed by Luxol on 24, Swieqi United 21, Birkirkara 18, the University of Malta Students with 15 and Tarxien Rainbows with 12 points.

Pietà Hotspurs will start the First Division with nine points followed by UM Futsal Academy, Swieqi United U21 and Luxol U19 all on three points.

Meanwhile the Futsal Knock Out Competition kicked-off with Luxol U19 and Pietà Hotspurs securing a place in the next round.

Luxol U19 defeated Swieqi United U21 9-3 while Pietà Hotspurs beat UM Futsal Academy 9-5.
