Isaac Ntow of Hibernians was haned a four-match ban by the MFA Disciplinary Commissioner after being sent off in the clash with Valletta last Sunday.
On the other hand, Steve Pisani and Nenad Sljivic (Balzan), Joseph Mbong (Hibs), Matias Nicolas Garcia (Senglea), Goran Adamovic and Claudio Pani (Sliema) and Daniel Zerafa (Tarxien) were handed a one-match ban.
Ntow is therefore ruled out of the next four matches against Floriana, Gzira, St. Andrews and Tarxien. Mbong will also skip the clash with Floriana. Balzan could not count on Pisani and Sljivic for the game against Senglea who will be lacking Matias Garcia. Adamovic and Pani are ruled out of the game against St. Andrews while Zerafa will miss the game against Hamrun.
Floriana president Riccardo Gaucci was banned for one match, Hibernians coach Stefano Sanderra for two matches and Mosta kit-manager Robert Frendo for six matches.
In Division 1, Daniel Scerri (Lija), Angus Buhagiar (Naxxar), Neil Falzon (Qrendi), Kyle Muscat (Swieqi) and Adam Smeir (Zejtun) were suspended for one match while Qrendi official Carmelo Farrugia was banned for ten matches.
Tyrone Grech (Sta. Venera), Joseph Caruana (Rabat), Luke Cauchi (Mellieha), David Fenech (Mellieha), Mario Bartolo and Ronald Spina (Luqa), Gaynor D’Amato (Kalkara), Karl Mohnani (Melita), Clint Barbara, Andre Joe Cachia (Zabbar) were banned for one match in Division 2; Rabat assistant coach Noel Azzopardi was suspended for four matches while Rabat official Mark Buhagiar and Mellieha team manager were banned for two matches.
In Division 3, Justin Tonna (Mdina) and Emmanuel Cutajar (Ghaxaq) were banned for three matches, Clayton Micallef (Mtarfa) for two matches while Edward Azzopardi and Bledi Alla (Attard), Julian Briffa and Jean Claude Camilleri (Zurrieq) were handed a one-match ban. Zurrieq official Julian Galea was banned for one match.
