Sliema, Senglea share spoils in goalless draw

Sliema Wanderers and Senglea Athletic shared the spoils in a goalless draw at the Centenary Stadium on Monday.

The Wanderers missed the chance to move two points ahead of Hamrun and therefore re-join them in fourth place on 42 points, two ahead of Balzan and three ahead of Birkirkara.

Senglea, on the other hand, earn another precious point in their bid to secure their Premier League status but lying five points ahead of St. Andrews, they still need two points from the remaining two matches to avoid the Play-Off.
