Ghanian midfielder Elvis Sakyi joined Senglea Athletic from Gzira United.
Twenty-two year old Elvis Sakyi started his career at Cheetah FC in Ghana before joining Maltepespor Kulubu in Turkey. He moved to Malta in June to join Gzira United.
Senglea, who have appointed Mario Muscat as their new coach, have earlier secured the services of Wilfried Zamble Bi Koihy, Sigitas Olberkis, Jan Tanti, Jordy Lokando, Karl Pulo, Dejan Debono, David Xuereb, Connor Zammit, Sean Cipriott, Brazilians José Wilkson Texeira Rocha and Marcelo Dias, Manolito Micallef, Andrei Spiteri and goalkeeper Anthony Curmi. Leighton Grech and goalkeeper Matthew Farrugia have agreed new deals with the club while Taisei Marukawa and Gonzalo Virano were confirmed for next season.
