Rabat Ajax registered the second win in less than a week after defeating Kalkara United 2-0 in a match from the BOV Second Division at the Centenary Stadium on Friday.

Neil Caruana put the Magpies ahead on the 74th minute and Brandon Micallef doubled the score deep into stoppage time.

In another match, Mellieha and Zabbar St. Patrick shared the spoils in a goalless draw.

Melita lead the way with 10 points, followed by Marsa and Rabat on 8, Mgarr 7, Marsaxlokk and Kalkara 6, San Gwann and Mellieha 5, Zurrieq, Xghajra 4, Zabbar 3, Birzebbuga 2 and Luqa 1.
