Zebbug Rangers came from behind to beat neighbours Qormi 2-1 in one of the two BOV First Division matches in programme at the Victor Tedesco Stadium on Saturday.

Freud Gnindokponou put Qormi ahead on the 7th minute but Muda Fagbeja equalised on the 65th and a penalty on the 90th minute by Randall Vella handed Zebbug the three points.

In another match, Zejtun Corinthians defeated Mqabba 3-2.

Robeiro do Nascimento Santos put Zejtun ahead on the 24th minute but Paul Chimezie converted a penalty two minutes from the end of the second half to level matters. Robeiro do Nascimento Santos restored the lead on the 64th but Andrely Kovessabio Makela equalised on the 65th. However Zejtun notched the winner on the 74th thanks to an own goal.
