Birzebbuga St. Peter’s returned to winning ways as they defeated Melita 2-1 in a match from the BOV Second Division at the Centenary Stadium on Friday.

Ironically Matthew Debattista had put Melita ahead on the 59th minute bu a minute later, Christopher Cutajar levelled matters. Brendan Scerri scored a dramatic winner three minutes in added time.
