Neighbours Balzan and Birkirkara will be hoping to return to winning ways on Monday as the two teams cross swords at the National Stadium, kick-off at 19:00.
Balzan, who are currently seventh on 21 points, won just three out of the last eight matches, losing 1-3 to Floriana in their last outing. Birkirakra, on the other hand, lie one point behind Balzan after winning four out of the last six matches.
Birkirkara could have new signings Claudio Bonanni and Diego Capel making their debut but they will be without the suspended Cain Attard while Paul Fenech and Steve Pisani are ruled out as they serve a one-match ban.
In the first round, the two teams shared the spoils in a 3-3 draw.
