Sirens FC secured the services of Maxuell Maia da Silva and Jacob Walker. Both players were on the books of Santa Lucia last season.

Twenty-eight year old Brazilian forward Maxuell Maia da Silva, known as Maxuell Samurai, had joined Santa Lucia in the January transfer window after playing for Ferroviario, Palmeiras, Ceara, River, Uniclinic, Baraunas, Alagoano, Caldense, Treze and Sampaio Correa in Brazil.

On the other hand, Jacob Walker is a product of St. Andrews with whom he made his Premier League debut but joined Santa Lucia last summer.

Sirens, who have confirmed Steve D’Amato as their coach, had earlier signed Ryan Scicluna from Birkirkara and renewed the contracts of Ryan Grech, Adrian Borg and Luke Grech.
