Newly-promoted Zejtun Corinthians remain one of the most active clubs in the transfer market after signing twenty year old defender Gianluca Bugeja.

A product of Rabat Ajax, Bugeja moved to Birkirkara in summer 2018, joining Lija Athletic on loan last January.

Zejtun had earlier secured the services of Anderson Francisco de Barros, Ricardo da Silva Faria and Kemar Reid. They have confirmed coach Orosco Anonam and renewed the contracts of Adrian Carabott, Neil Tabone, Brooke Farrugia, Dylan Agius, Gillmore Azzopardi, Robeiro Nascimento and Marcelo Muniz.
