In May, the Council voted in favour of a proposal stating that teams who were lying at the top of the respective table would be declared champions. Only the BOV ePremier League was completed with the competition ending last month.
Balzan won the Youth League Section A despite ending their commitments on level points with Mosta on 36 points from 15 matches. Balzan, however, had a better record in the direct encounter.
Hibernians emerged as winners in Section B with 35 points from 35 matches, eight ahead of Lija Athletic, who, however, had a game in hand.
