The joint top spot will be at stake on Saturday as Hamrun Spartans and Gzira United cross swords at the Hibernians Stadium, kick-off at 14:00, in one of the two BOV Premier League matches in programme.

The Spartans won their first four matches but then lost to Birkirkara and were held in a draw by Balzan. On the other hand, Gzira suffered a 1-2 defeat to Floriana in their first outing and following a draw with Tarxien, registered four wins in their last four matches.
