BOV Premier League leaders Hamrun Spartans were drawn with Gozitan side Xaghra United while Birkirkara were also paired with a Gozitan side – Ghajnsielem as the draws for the Malta FA Trophy Round of 16 were held on Thursday.
The two matches will be played in Gozo.
There are three clashes between Premier League clubs as Gzira United face Tarxien Rainbows, Santa Lucia take on Mosta and Valletta meet Senglea Athletic.
The winner of the clash between Hibernians and Zejtun Corinthians were paired with Pembroke Athleta while Sirens FC were drawn with Marsa FC.
The other Round of 16 match puts against each other two Challenge League sides – Naxxar Lions and St. Andrews.
