Group A winners Mgarr United and Group C winners Melita shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw in the first match of the BOV National Amateur League championship play-offs at the Victor Tedesco Stadium on Saturday.

Gordon Saliba put Mgarr ahead on the 29th minute and Tobias Terpougoff equalised on the 59th.

On Tuesday, Group B winners Luqa St. Andrew’s face Mgarr while the third and final match is scheduled for Saturday between Luqa and Melita.
