The Malta FA Executive Board approved a number of changes in procedures in relation to the Malta FA’s Covid-19 protocols on Monday.
The Malta FA has analysed the start of the domestic competitions and following a positive and sustainable approach in the first match days from the start of the competitions, is now in a position to relax further restrictions which were imposed mainly in the operational level at the start of the football season.
The major updates include the use of showers post matches for all senior team football for both men and women from November onwards, the immediate opening of ticket booths on match days at all levels of the National League and increased seating capacity in smaller stadia such as the Centenary Stadium and the Tony Bezzina Stadium for domestic football.
To facilitate the sale of match tickets the Malta FA still encourages supporters to buy tickets online from tickets.mfa.com.mt or visit the Malta FA or Tony Bezzina Stadium Ticket Points every Tuesday and Friday during office hours.
