Newly-promoted Zebbug Rangers signed Australian centre-forward Charles Lokolingoy.

The twenty-five year old was born in the Democratic Republic of Congo but started his football career at Sydney FC. before moving to Brisbane Roar. He had a spell at Hong Kong Pegasus before moving back to Australia where he played for Sydney Olympic, Marconi Stallions and Wellington Phoenix

The Rangers who have confirmed Brian Spiteri as their coach had earlier signed Ričards Žaldovskis, Leandro Almeida and goalkeeper Miguel Chetcuti from Pieta’ Hotspurs have extended the contracts of a number of players who formed part of their squad last season, namely Miguel Perez Jimenez, Jamie Azzopardi, Glen Mifsud, Kurt Bondin, Randall Vella, Stanimir Miloskovic, Ayrton Mizzi, Travis Bartolo and Yanis Tonna.
