Italian giants Inter found no difficulty in defeating Gzira United 6-1 in a friendly match at the Tony Bezzina Stadium on Monday.
This was the first of two friendly matches for the nerazzurri as part of this short training camp in Malta. The second friendly match is scheduled for Wednesday against Austrian champions Red Bull Salzburg.

Inter took the lead on the 17th minute when off a cross by Alessandro Bastoni, Raoul Bellanova headed home past Gzira goalkeper Darijan Zarkov.
Kristjan Asllani doubled the score on the 26th with a low shot from outside the area which surprised the Gzira goalkeeper.
The Maroons pulled one back on the 32nd minute thanks to Jefferson de Assis who hit home from close range following a corner from the right
However, six minutes from the end of the first half, Inter made it 3-1 thanks to a great freekick by Hakan Calhanoglu which gave Zarkov no chance.
Two minutes later, Alessandro Bastoni sent Robin Gosens through on the left and the latter beat Zarkov with a diagonal shot.
Inter increased the lead on the 70th with an angled shot by substitute Federico Dimarco from the left following a good run on the right by Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
One minute from time, Inter scored the sixth goal courtesy of Henrikh Mkhitaryan who headed home past substitute goalkeeper Zammit off a cross by Dimarco.
