Valletta FC secured the services of thirty one year old Liberian forward William Jebor.

After starting his career at LISCR FC and LPRC Oilers Monrovia in his home country, he moved to Syria where he played for Taliya, Tersana, Sharkia Dokhan and Talaea El Gaish and later had a spell on loan with Al Ahly Tripoli of Libya. Jebor moved to Portugal to join Rio Ave but was loaned to Ponferradina in Spain and Wydad in Morocco. Later, he played for Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia, once again Wydad AC in Morocco and Fujairah SC in the UAE. Last summer, he moved to Kalju FC in Estonia.

The Citizens had earlier signed Federico Falcone and Nilton Soares Rodrigues.
