Two-day training camp for women’s national team

A two-day training camp for Women footballers born 2007 and earlier and who are eligible to represent Malta in the National Women’s A team was held at the Malta FA Training Grounds over the weekend.  The training camp was led by the Malta Women national team head coach Manuela Tesse.

All the coaches forming part of the Women National Teams coaching set up were invited to attend and urged to take part in these sessions.  Participants included all those players who have been chosen to represent Malta at some point in the in the past together with any player who the club deemed fit to attend together with the players of the Malta FA Women’s academy.

This event was the first taster of the unified philosophy approach to national team football that NT Head Coach Manuela Tesse is working on.
