The Malta FA has been entrusted by UEFA to host two UEFA Development Tournaments – for men Under-16 and women Under-16.

The Women Under-16 Development Tournament will be played between April 12 and 17 at the Centenary Stadium. Taking part apart from Malta are the Faroe Islands, Latvia and Slovakia.

On the other hand, Armenia, Estonia and Iceland, along with Malta are taking part in the Men Under-16 Development Tournament which will be played between April 13 and 17 at the Tony Bezzina Stadium and Malta FA Training Grounds.
