Floriana FC secured the services of Greek twenty nine year old left back Alexandros Kouros.

A product of Panionios, Kouros also played for Atromitos, Iraklis, Apollon Smyrnis and AOK Kerkyra before moving to Albania to join KF Teuta. He then moved to Cyprus where to join PAEEK Kyrenia and later Doxa Katakopias but then returned to KF Teuta in Albania.

The Greens, now led by coach Mauro Camoranesi, had earlier signed goalkeeper Sean Mintoff, Dunstan Vella and Maksim Volodko.
