The start of one more busy and long week of European club football sees FIFA referee Ishmael Barbara entrusted to officiate the UEFA Europa Conference League second qualifying round second leg on Tuesday between FC Swift Hesper of Luxembourg and The New Saints FC of Wales.
For this assignment, Barbara is joined in Luxembourg by Roberto Vella and Duncan Spencer acting in their role of Assistant Referees, whereas Darryl Agius is also part of the group in the small North-western European country in his role as 4th official.
