Santa Lucia signed Japanese twenty eight year old attacking midfielder Tatsuro Nagamatsu.

Nagamatsu played for Okayama Prefectural Sakuyo High School and Hannan University in Japan before joining FC Mokpo in South Korea. He then moved to Latvia where he played for RFS, Daugavpils and then Caramba Riga. He moved to Malta in January 2022 to join Gudja United.

Santa Lucia, who have appointed Alessandro Zinnari as their new coach, had earlier secured the services of Malta international midfielder Steve Pisani.
