Gudja United secured the services of Australian twenty-six year old goalkeeper Yaren Sozer.

A product of Melbourne City, he played for Pascoe Vale before moving to Europe to join Istanbul Basaksehir in Turkey. He had a spell on loan for Esenler Erokspor before eventially being transferred to the club. Later, he had a spell on loan with 1877 Alemag Spor before joining Perak in Malaysia. Eventually he returned to Australia to join Central Coast Mariners before joining St. George’s City earlier this summer.

Gudja, who have appointed Jesmond Zammit as their new coach, had earlier signed Gabriel Mensah, Sean Cipriott, Mateo Casini, Walter Serrano, Tommaso Vitali and Gianluca Lorenzoni.
